 Recount Text

     Hi everyone, kali ini kita akan belajar membuat recount text nih. Sebelum itu kita harus mengetahui teori - teori recount text dulu. Baca dan simak dengan baik ya..


1. Definition

    Recount text is a text which retells events or experiences in the past.

2. Purpose

   Recount text aims to provide information about an event to the reader, or entertain the reader.

3. Text structure

1) Orientation

    The contents of the orientation is information about the character or character, location, and time of occurrence

2) Series of Events

    Event is an event, while series means a series. In this section, the author will write down a series of events/events that they experienced.

3) Reorientation

   Summary and conclusion of the whole story as well as telling the ending.

4. Expressions/sentences

1) Using simple past tense 

Subject + verb 2 + complement 
 
Example : Last week, my friends and I went to Jogja.

2) Using specific participant

Something that has a specific object, not general, and unique (there is only one)
 
Example : Istanbul Airport, Borobudur Temple, Muara Angke, Geusan Ulun Museum, etc.

3) Using action verb

A verb that refers to an action that you do and can be seen by others.

Example : First, we visited Parangtritis beach.

 4) Using linking verb

A verb that connects the subject and adverb. 

Example : Yesterday, I was busy towards the end of the month and I had to work late.

5. Types of recount text

1) Personal recount 
2) Factual recount  
3) Historical recount
4) Imaginative Recount

     Setelah kita mengetahui teori tentang recount text, mari kita lanjut ke contoh recount text.  

6. Sample  

A Trip to the National Zoo and Aquarium

      Kita sudah tau nih teori dan juga contoh dari recount text. Langkah selanjutnya kita akan membuat recount text, yuk simak dengan baik. 

7. Writing
