Cara Membuat Survey Berbahasa Inggris dengan Mudah

Survey 

    Hi everyone, kali ini kita akan belajar membuat survey nih. Sebelum itu kita harus mengetahui teori - teori survey dulu. Baca dan simak dengan baik ya..

1. Definition

     Collect information by asking several questions to the individual respondents. Then all the answers obtained by the researcher were recorded, processed, and analyzed. The survey used to obtain data form certain.

2. Function 

1) To get the fact 

2) To seek factual information from individual respondents

3) To evaluate and for compare for better result

4) To know the results for decision making

3. Expression to explain / sentences

1) Yes / No question

Example: Do you take extracurricular at school? 

o Yes

o No

2) Open question

Example: What extracurricular do you follow?

o Student council

o Youth red cross

o Procession 

3) Statement 

Example: I take extracurricular at school

o Yes 

o No 

4. Types of surveys 

1) Online survey 

2) Paper survey

3) Mail survey 

   Setelah kita mengetahui teori tentang survey, mari kita lanjut ke contoh survey. 

5. Sample

    This is a result survey on the patient satisfaction with hospital service. As you can see from the result above. We can see that the patient is satisfied with the medical condition, but they are not satisfied with the time given to patients by doctors.

    Kita sudah tau nih teori dan juga contoh dari survey. Langkah selanjutnya kita akan membuat survey, yuk simak dengan baik.

6. Writing 

1) Survey question

As you can see above there are examples of questions in the survey.

There are 5 yes / no question, that is:

a. Does the school have enough toilets for all school members? Yes / no

b. Is the school toilet well maintained? Yes / no

c. Does each toilet have adequate cleaning equipment? Yes / no

d. Is toilet cleanliness very important? Yes / no

e. Is there clean water in the toilet? Yes / no

 2) Result survey

As you can see above that SMKN 4 Semarang has toilets that are good enough to use
